iC-Haus presents the World of Mini Encoder iCs
Live webinar on February 28, 2023, 09:30 AM CET. This webinar aims at electronics developers and those interested in encoders and position sensors. Participation is free of charge. This year, iC-Haus' webinar series kicks off with a whole new world: immerse yourself in the World of Mini Encoder iCs during our approximately 30-minute live webinar on February 28, 2023 at 9:30 AM CET.
Goran Pandza presents a selection of reflective opto-encoder ICs that not only are particularly versatile, but also allow further miniaturization in position sensor technology, for example in controlled small and micro drives where every millimeter/µm counts.Registration for the free of charge webinar held in English is now open at the following website: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5003289607950591321
iC-PG, iC-PX, iC-PR or better iC-PZ? From coded rotary switches to LiDAR applications to speed-controlled micro motors in dentist's drills: apart from a practical live demonstration, expert speaker Goran Pandza also gives tips and tricks for application-specific selection and answers questions that interest developers. How should signals be processed? Which interfaces are important? What environmental conditions must be taken into account? The versatile Mini Encoder iCs can be used in the automotive, industrial and consumer sectors. Their built-in flexibility through freely selectable disk diameters and resolutions is appreciated not only for robotics.
"Our World of Mini Encoder iCs stands for maximum flexibility for special requirements in precise encoder sensor technology and enables even more compact sensor solutions," Goran Pandza emphasizes. "In this webinar, I would like to show participants with practical live demos ways to master their application tasks in position sensor technology with integrated sensor solutions from iC-Haus - and to do so faster, with less effort and without a plethora of components!"
Incredibly small and flexible: World of Mini Encoder iCs
These encoder ICs are suitable for incremental and absolute encoder solutions with a resolution of up to 20 bits. The decisive advantage of the system-on-chip: due to the compact package integration of blue, lensless LEDs and sensors with state-of-the-art electronics and on-chip signal processing, the sensor packages are particularly small and flat. This makes them the ideal solution for more limited available space, for example in controlled small or micro drives.
Furthermore, the encoder ICs offer large installation tolerances and particularly simple installation. Due to not only the unique FlexCount® and FlexCode® on-chip functions for freely selectable resolutions and disk diameters (4 to 16 mm), the Mini Encoder iCs cover an unprecedented variety of state-of-the-art encoder applications as a universal iC-Haus sensor kit. Concomitantly, they meet the highest requirements on accuracy, signal processing and availability of modern digital interfaces for smooth integration and to achieve genuine added value through digital sensor data.Further information:
